I found this easy because I had a partner.

The best part of this is having a partner to help me.my next steps are to try do it by myself.

I found this hard because i did not know what to write in the boxes and because it was hard to answer .

I need to improve what i write in the boxes.

Matariki paddlet

My Reflection

In this activity we had to go on a website called paddlet and we had to write stuff we know about Matariki.

I enjoyed when we all wrote together as a class.

In this activity my task was to read the top of the activity and then answer question at the bottom.

I found this tricky because the poem at the top didn't tell that much about Matariki.

I have learnt a lot about Matariki.

My next steps are to to read the poem at the top very carefully so I know what to put in the answer box.

Using Ten Times Tables To Do My 9 Times Tables.

My Reflection

In this activity my task was to use my 10 times tables to answer my 9 times table questions.

I found this  easy because I know my 10 tomes tables really good so I just have to misuse the number that I times with the ten and then you got the answer.

I already know my ten times tables so its easy to know my 9 times tables.

my next steps are to try times 9 with 2 digit numbers.

In this activity my task was to watch a video about Anzac and write about it.

I found this easy because Miss Massey explained it very well.
I found this work interesting because I didn't know that much about Anzac.

In this activity I learned how to ride a bike.

I enjoyed standing up while I was riding the bike.

I was learning to use my number knowledge to solve addition problems. I found this easy because I know lots of addition answers. I think I did well at adding the numbers. My next step in maths is to try solve harder maths questions

This is a picture of me running to one of the bases I tried to go really fast to get lots of points.

I enjoyed passing the ball to my partner.

Kiwikids News current events web-summarising information

My Reflection
I was learning to summarise information. In this activity I had to choose a Kiwikids News story and summarise information about it. I found this tricky because I didn't know what to put in the speech bubbles. I think I did well at putting the words in the speech bubble. My next step is to finish my work quicker.

Did You Ever Poem - using simple imagery

My reflection
I have been learning to write a poem using simple imagery, and to use google slide to publish my writing.
I found this easy because I did it before.
I think I did well at getting the slide on the blog.
My next step is to be quicker.

Welcome to my year 4 learning blog. This year I am in room 15 and my teacher is Miss Massey. I enjoy learning with room 15. This year I am looking forward to be challenged. I hope you will enjoy my blog and leave lots of feedback.
